Refund Policy

Cancellations & Changes

We are unable to guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.  If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please email customer service at info@rubyraesociety.com.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.  All sale, discounted and discontinued items are considered FINAL SALE upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase, your item must be unused in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.  

Please submit this Refund Request FORM and wait for a Return Authorization to determine if your product is eligible for return before returning the product.  If your Refund Request is approved, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you Refund Request is not approved, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your Refund Request.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days, which may take longer depending on your card issuer's policy.

If the refund is rejected, you may have the item returned to you at your cost, otherwise it will be donated or recycled.  

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items that are defective or misrepresented we will issue you store credit.  Please use the Refund Request FORM to initiate an exchange. 


Shipping Rates & Policies

Ruby Rae Society is pleased to provide affordable shipping options to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.  For shipping to international addresses please contact our customer service team at info@rubyraesociety.com and we will process your order.  International orders cannot be placed through our website only via email request.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE ground shipping on all merchandise orders $75 or more (excluding taxes). Free Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped in the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes

For US orders, Ruby Rae Society does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.

Duties

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier. 

ORDER STATUS

We process orders Monday through Thursday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will not be processed until the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

All orders, unless expediated shipping is specified or otherwise noted, will ship via UPS Ground. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO locations and U.S. territories will ship via US Postal Service.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPMENTS 

Overview

  • Order processing takes 1-2 business days depending on product availability.  All orders are processed during business hours Monday – Thursday.  Order shipments are initiated at the completion of order processing.
  • In the event a product is on back order at the time an order is received the customer will be notified.  Back orders wait periods are 6-12 weeks.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.  Orders destined for P.O. boxes are delivered within 7 -14 business days.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-28 days of the order’s ship dates.
  • Free Shipping on Orders does not apply to shipping to APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Shipping Exceptions

  • Orders with expedited shipping placed by 12:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders destined for P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for expediated shipping.
  • In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery for expediated shipments.

INTERNATIONAL

We process all orders that require international shipping manually.  Once you submit, the international shipping order form you will receive an invoice to send payment.  Upon receipt of payment your order will be processed according to standard order and shipping procedure.
